Tyler brings over 30 years of financial and operating experience across a wide range of businesses, from early-stage high-technology software and hardware companies to large multinational manufacturing enterprises.

He has held public company CFO and COO roles in both the US and the UK, giving him a deep understanding of cross-border governance, reporting and operational requirements.

In addition to traditional CFO responsibilities, Tyler has extensive experience in M&A as well as equity and debt financing, and works closely with management teams to design and implement operating and financial strategies that drive performance and maximize exit value.

Over his career, he has been involved in the analysis, structuring and negotiation of secured financings totaling more than $1.5 billion and M&A transactions exceeding $2 billion, including the take-private of InFocus, the acquisition and subsequent sale to Acer of NEC’s European personal computing brand, and the acquisition of a men’s apparel company on behalf of the former CEO of Jos. A. Bank and a private equity group.

Tyler began his career as a CPA with Arthur Andersen and today serves on the boards of several companies while providing fractional CFO and M&A advisory services to a select group of clients.
